Jahid Control Gostar’s Electrical and Control Panel Manufacturing & Assembly Plant was established to provide comprehensive solutions for electrical power distribution, control, and industrial automation systems. Built upon technical expertise, extensive project experience, and advanced manufacturing technologies, the facility is located within the Parand Industrial Zone, Tehran, occupying a total area of 1,000 square meters. It comprises a dedicated production workshop for manufacturing and assembly operations, a two-story administrative building, and a fully equipped conference hall for technical meetings and project coordination.
Supported by modern production infrastructure, skilled professionals, and standardized manufacturing processes, the facility is fully capable of designing, manufacturing, assembling, wiring, testing, and delivering a wide range of electrical and control panels in full compliance with the technical requirements of industrial projects.
Every stage of production—from receiving engineering documentation to final product delivery—is carried out in accordance with strict quality control procedures and internationally recognized standards. Engineering drawing reviews, component selection, chassis and enclosure fabrication, mechanical assembly, internal wiring, cable numbering and labeling, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), technical documentation, and final packaging are all performed under the supervision of experienced engineers using calibrated equipment and rigorous inspection procedures.
The manufacturing plant is capable of producing a comprehensive range of electrical and control panels for various industries, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, steel, cement, mining, food processing, pharmaceuticals, water and wastewater, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects. Its manufacturing capabilities include Low Voltage (LV) Distribution Panels, Motor Control Centers (MCC), PLC and Automation Panels, Control and Command Panels, Instrumentation Panels, Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panels, Synchronizing Panels, ATS and AMF Panels, as well as custom-built panels designed to meet the specific requirements of each project.
