Ard-e-Amara Cement Factory is located 10 kilometers from the center of the city of Amara. The city of Amara is the capital of Maysan province and 80 kilometers from the border of Chezabeh.

In February 2017, the contract for the installation of electrical equipment and instrumentation of the Amara Cement Factory was issued to Gostar Jahed Control Company. In this project, testing, assistance in the commissioning and commissioning of all electrical systems and equipment, control, instrumentation and automation of the Amara Cement Factory was carried out by Gostar Jahed Control Company.

Also, other devices on the site, all lighting equipment, design and construction of all lighting panels, local panels, instrument JBs, LCBs, socket panels and production panels, as well as all primary and secondary equipment and lightning rods were under the control of Gostar Jahed Company.

The Ard Al-Amara Cement Factory was launched and operated in 2019 and is currently producing two main products: Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Sulfate Resistant Cement (SRC) for construction, road construction, oil and gas, and shipping projects in Iraq.

This project is one of the most important international projects of the company, and the electrical panels of the Gostar Jahed Control Company were exported to Iraq.
