This project, which was announced to this company in January 1403 after the factory fire incident (November 1403), was successfully completed in a very short period of time (38 days for line 1 and 57 days for line 2) by Gostar Jahed Control Company, which successfully designed, supplied, manufactured, installed, and commissioned the furnace, material grinding, cement mill, and stone crusher departments with a total of 9,000 inputs and outputs.
Some of the activities carried out are as follows:
Upgrading the hardware and software control systems of lines 1 and 2 of Sepahan Cement Factory
1- Design and manufacture of control panels to upgrade the control systems in line 1 in the shortest possible time
2- Upgrading the control systems, communication networks and software updates of the material grinding and kiln departments in line 1 and launching and monitoring the aforementioned departments in the shortest possible time
3- Design and manufacture of control panels to upgrade the control systems in line 2 in the shortest possible time
4- Upgrading the control systems, communication networks and software updates of the material grinding, kiln and cement grinding departments in line 2 + launching and monitoring the aforementioned departments after upgrading
5- Upgrading the control system and launching the crushing (crushing) and sampling departments or the Sampler Unit
6- Upgrading the control system and launching the Slag Department Dryer
Hardware upgrade of equipment in all departments including:
-Design and manufacture of PLC control panels including CPU Panel and expansion racks
-Updating communication networks using Profinet, Profibus and fiber optic networks
-Updating operator systems under Ethernet network
Software upgrade of departments, including:
-Upgrading the old software system to a new system using PCS7 software
-Designing and drawing a new HMI in accordance with Siemens standards and in order to meet the needs of the employer
-Reprogramming the production process in accordance with the existing and old factory logic
-Testing, troubleshooting and monitoring the written program
