Design, Manufacturing, PLC Programming & Commissioning of Control Panels
With more than 23 years of experience in the design, PLC programming, manufacturing, and commissioning of electrical panels and industrial control systems, Jahid Control Gostar begins every project with a thorough assessment of the client’s operational requirements to develop technically optimized and cost-effective solutions.
At the initial stage, the exact number of input/output (I/O) points, equipment control philosophy, process requirements, and environmental operating conditions are carefully evaluated to ensure that the proposed solution fully aligns with the project’s technical specifications.
Panel layout drawings are developed using **AutoCAD Electrical**, while detailed wiring diagrams are prepared with **EPLAN Electric P8** and **AutoCAD Electrical**. The engineering documentation includes equipment arrangement, complete internal wiring, outgoing cable routing, and comprehensive equipment identification and coding. Based on the project requirements, the appropriate PLC CPU, enclosure type, electrical components, and control system hardware are selected. Panel structures are then designed according to the required dimensions while complying with both Jahid Control Gostar’s engineering standards and the client’s technical specifications.
Following the design phase, the company proceeds with panel manufacturing, PLC programming, and HMI development. Upon completion of assembly, every panel and each individual component undergoes comprehensive inspection and testing by the company’s Quality Control (QC) department. Finally, complete engineering documentation—including electrical drawings, PLC and HMI software, technical documents, equipment catalogues, and operation and maintenance manuals—is compiled and delivered to the client.
Key Design Principles
Throughout the design and manufacturing process, Jahid Control Gostar consistently adheres to the following engineering principles:
Selection of appropriate enclosure materials, finishes, and IP protection ratings to ensure reliable operation under site environmental conditions.
Full compliance with international electrical panel standards, including **IEC 61439**.
Optimized wiring design with proper segregation of power and control circuits.
Careful planning of incoming and outgoing cable routing to facilitate installation, maintenance, and future expansion.
Provision of suitable internal panel lighting tailored to the installation environment.
Comprehensive quality control inspections and factory testing of all components prior to shipment.
Full functional testing of each control panel at the factory in accordance with the implemented PLC software and control logic, ensuring reliable operation before commissioning.
