In today’s era of technological advancement, the transition toward a paperless organization represents not merely an operational necessity but a strategic approach to enhancing productivity and improving both macro- and micro-level organizational management.
Accordingly, Control Gostar Jahed Company—in collaboration with Dade Kavan Andisheh Bartar Company—has launched the “Samin” web-based automation system to optimize the management of both projects and non-project processes.
To this end, a training session for personnel was held on May 4, 2026, at the offices of Control Gostar Jahed—attended by staff and board members—aimed at enhancing the quality of the aforementioned automation system’s usage.
Some of the software’s features are as follows:
- Process and workflow management, including the definition of work processes, time tracking, roles and access permissions, and personal work dashboards
- Web-based project management and control, featuring interactive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), dynamic online Gantt charts, milestones, baselines, and resource management

- Management of remote staff, including daily reporting on personnel and active projects
